MenaHost provides digital infrastructure and hosting services including game servers, VPS, and related platforms. By purchasing or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Violation of these terms may lead to service suspension or termination without prior notice.

No Refund Policy

This includes, but is not limited to: dissatisfaction with service, early cancellation, service disruption, or account suspension due to violations. By purchasing any service, you agree that you will not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraud reports.

Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate account suspension and a permanent ban from all current and future MenaHost services. We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent activity.

Strict Usage Policy

MenaHost enforces a zero-tolerance policy on all the following activities. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate termination without refund:

• Using services for illegal purposes including but not limited to: DDoS attacks, botnets, IP spoofing, phishing, malware hosting, ransomware distribution, or any cybercrime.
• Hosting or distributing pirated software, cracked programs, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Attempting to bypass our security systems or scanning other networks/servers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or community in any form.
• Sharing accounts or reselling services without written authorization.
• Attempting to harm the reputation, infrastructure, or operations of MenaHost.

False Reports and Abuse Handling

MenaHost will not tolerate false abuse reports, malicious complaints, or attempts to harm our services through deceptive claims. Customers found to be submitting fake abuse tickets, fraudulent DMCA requests, or slanderous claims will be permanently blacklisted.

We fully cooperate with law enforcement when real abuse is detected, but we independently verify all claims. False flagging may result in legal action or account bans.

Service Availability and Performance

We do our best to maintain optimal uptime and performance. However, MenaHost is not liable for downtime caused by technical issues, third-party services, hardware failure, natural disasters, or malicious attacks. No compensation will be provided for any such downtime or service disruption.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any service, account, or user access at any time if any breach of these terms is detected, or if activity is deemed harmful to our platform or community.

Age Requirement

All users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our services. Users under 18 must provide verified parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

Data Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their own data. MenaHost is not responsible for data loss due to cancellation, suspension, or technical faults. Users are encouraged to regularly back up important files and databases.

Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We respect your personal data and will not share it unless legally required or needed to fulfill the service. Any abuse reports will be handled confidentially, unless disclosure is required by law.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted. Continued use of our services after changes implies full acceptance of the updated Terms.
